3 - Please review your text before submitting. I empathize with the authors if not native english speakers - english is a nasty language - but it helps to review the draft and round it out. Likewise, many important citations are missing and the manuscript doesn't have a publication polish, particularly when compared to the papers mentioned above that the authors so commonly compare their work with.

Please help me on this point.
