Scripts

All scripts are programmed in the python language using the following modules:

In the scripts folder, the shell script RunAll.sh can be run to produce all the figures and results (uncomment lines as needed).

Scripts were run under a GNU/Linux operating system and no warranty nor support can be given for other OSs.

Data

The data is encrypted, and access will be granted by the authors upon reasonable request to the corresponding author gunnar.waterstraat@charite.de.

Decryption of the data is achieved by running and entering the password obtained from the corresponding author:

Description Raw data and scripts for the manuscript: https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2017401118. Together with the Python scripts to reproduce results and figures of the study, this repository provides the single-channel ultralow-noise MEG data during rest and median nerve stimulation the manuscript is based on. Scripts are publicly available. Access to the raw data is granted by the authors upon reasonable request (cf. README).
