# Spatially structured perisomatic inhibition organized along polarized fast-spiking interneuron axons

This is the data repository for a spatial network model of structured inhibition in the presubiculum . All the data found here can also be generated by the scripts in the corresponding [software repository](https://gin.g-node.org/Drangmeister/structured_inhibition_spatial_network_model), these files mainly serve as a quick-start to skip the simulation step. Interpretation and analysis of the data still relies on the scripts in the software repository.
