This repository contains summary data for Michael Liu Happ's written dissertation.

Data is in a format to be used and analyzed by MATLAB code provided in each folder, and at the following GitHub link: https://github.com/mhapp/songbird-novelty-detection. Code at these locations should be identical.

NOTE: The analysis code written here makes use of the cortexlab-spikes toolbox, available here: https://github.com/cortex-lab/spikes. That toolbox should be downloaded and added to your MATLAB path before attempting to run any analysis code from Chapters 3 or 4.
