Highspeed MRIQC

Overview

This repository contains quality metrics and reports of MRI data used in Wittkuhn & Schuck, 2020, Nature Communications.

Dataset structure

MRIQC quality metrics and reports are in mriqc/
All inputs (i.e. building blocks from other sources) are located in bids/ and /tools.
All custom code is located in code/.
