Highspeed GLM

Overview

This repository contains first-level GLM results used for feature selection in Wittkuhn & Schuck, 2020, Nature Communications.

Dataset structure

• All inputs (i.e. building blocks from other sources) are located in bids/, fmriprep/ and tools/
• All custom code is located in code/
• Results of the first-level GLM pipeline are located in l1pipeline/
