# Highspeed GLM

## Overview

This repository contains first-level GLM results used for feature selection in Wittkuhn & Schuck, 2020, *Nature Communications*.

## Dataset structure

- All inputs (i.e. building blocks from other sources) are located in
  `bids/`, `fmriprep/` and `tools/`
- All custom code is located in `code/`
- Results of the first-level GLM pipeline are located in `l1pipeline/`
