MEGA-sLASER and MASE-sLASER both at TE=68 ms at 7T were used to acquire spectra from the human brain in vivo. The data are proton single voxel magnetic resonance spectra for two predominantly GM and WM voxels for seven subjects and each method.

Description Two distinct methods of MEGA-sLASER and MASE-sLASER both at TE = 68 ms at 7T were used to acquire spectra from predominantly WM and predominantly gray matter voxels in the human brain in vivo. A correlation between the two methods to measure GABA is found. The data are proton single voxel magnetic resonance spectra for seven subjects and for two predominantly GM and WM voxels for each subject and each method. The data are ON and OFF modes for the MEGA-sLASER acquisitions (MSL9 and for MASE acquisitions
