2021-C3aR_Brain_development

The dataset file "2021-C3aR_Brain_development data" contains the raw data belonging to the results shown in the manuscript: "Hyperactive behavior and altered brain morphology in adult complement C3a receptor deficient mice.Andrea Pozo Rodrigalvarez, Roosa Ollaranta, Jenny Skoog, Milos Pekny, Marcela Pekna"

Sheet 1: Raw data of WT and C3aRko mice belonging to the behavioral tests (OF, Rotarod, ORT and FC). Results represented in Figures 1-3.

Sheet 2: Raw data of WT and C3aRko mice belonging to the total thickness of the cortex and to the immunostainings (NeuN, Cux-1, Tbr-1) in caudal Motor and Somatosensory Cortex. Results represented in Figure 4.

Sheet 3: Raw data of WT and C3aRko mice belonging to the Amygdala (BLA, BMA, MEAdp), Hippocampus and Brain size. Results represented in Figure 5.
