### Experiment description:
Stimulating the Schaffer collateral pathway and 2Photon Linescan imaging of dendrites at different locations along the dendrites. 

**Aim:** *Is dendritic calcium after Schaffer collateral triggered plateau potential global or localised to specific dendritic sections.*

### Experiment conditions
- Hippocampal brain slices (CA3 cut off)
- in 50uM Picrotoxin


### Stimulation:
- Single stim followed by burst of 5 stim at 50hz 
- Stim intensity set to give a plateau potential
- Stimulated 3-6 times with a linescan on each stimulation
