## Fetal MRI datasets for SVRTK toolbox

This repository contains fetal MRI datasets for testing SVR tools from [SVRTK toolbox](https://github.com/SVRTK/SVRTK): 


- the phantom T2w SS TSE motion corrupted dataset of the fetal brain simulated from a T2w fetal brain MRI atlas (6 stacks, mask, TE=250ms, 3T, 1.25x1.25mm in-plane resolution, 2.5 mm slice thickness, -1.25mm slice gap)
