# Movie_reconstruction
Data repository for Bauer et al., 2024: Movie reconstruction from mouse visual cortex activity (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.06.19.599691v3).

This repository contains model weights (data/experiments/true_batch_002/), transparency masks (reconstructions/mask/), drifting grating and Gaussian noise stimuli (utils_reconstruction/) and reconstructed movies (reconstructions/). The corresponding code can be found at https://github.com/Joel-Bauer/movie_reconstruction_code. Merge folder structure with code from the github repository and unzip all files.
