#14 default license to CC-BY ??

The default license is CC0, while in Europe, I heard it makes little sense, because CC0 is by law transformed into CC-BY (one can not waive the Ureberrecht). Raw data are also not a "Werk" and cannot be "copyrighted", on the other hand.

Indeed you cannot waive your Urheberrecht, but I think you can waive the right to be mentioned when someone uses your data. So it is more an expression of the intention of the owner, which is what a license is about, while the legal implications of originatorship may not be as clearly expressed.

But thanks for the suggestion, we can change the default license anyway, it's just a default.
