# Micro-Manager TIF format

This format consists of multipage TIFFs in OME-TIF format (.ome.tif files) and configuration settings in JSON format ('DisplaySettings.json' file).

This folder contains the first 3 OME-TIF files with 5 frames in each files recorded from a single imaging plane (and one color channel) that the Pinto lab shared with us. The JSON file contains the sampling frequency and other Micro-Manager settings.
