Brain atlases

This repository contains releases of brain atlases constructed from brain images provided by the Developing Human Connectome Project (dHCP). The archives in this repository were built from files available in separate data repositories of the Biomedical Image Analysis Group (BioMedIA) of the Computing department at Imperial College London and its collaborators.

Neonatal brain atlases

Neonatal atlas of normal brain development (36-44 weeks)

Archives of the spatio-temporal atlas built using the unbiased diffeomorphic approach presented in Schuh et al. (2018) are found in the folder volumetric/schuh_et_al_2018/. This atlas represents normal neonatal brain morphology from 36 to 44 weeks gestation. It was built from 275 brain magnetic resonance images that have been acquired and processed as part of dHCP.
